Students of the Military Department of Al-Farabi KazNU,  outstanding students Aruzhan Zhailkanova and Yelshat Toyekin participated in the youth cooperation program between Kazakhstan and India and events dedicated to the Republic Day of India.

During the two-week visit, meetings were held with the President of India, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Defense, the Commander of the Navy, the Director of the National Cadet Corps of India and other dignitaries. Meetings with the first leaders of the country for students were held in a warm atmosphere, where they learned a lot of interesting information.

The students of KazNU also took part in the military parade on Indian Independence Day and represented Kazakhstan at the reporting concert with dignity.

An extensive cultural and leisure program was organized for students, including trips to cities in India, visits to world-famous historical sights of the country.

Meetings with the cadets of the National Cadet Corps and with youth delegations from other countries of the world served to further enhance the international image and authority of Kazakhstan and its Armed Forces.
