Students of KazNU took part and won prizes in the nationwide competition «XXI-Gasyrdagy Alashtin Ak Zholy», organized by the «Ak Zhol» party.

The competition was held in Nursultan city. Students of the Departments of History of Kazakhstan and World History, Historiography and Source Studies of the Faculty of History, Archeology and Ethnology of Al-Farabi KazNU took part in the event. Participants have demonstrated brilliant knowledge and won prizes.

According to the results of the competition, the 4th year student Baghlan Abeu took the first place, winning the nomination «Views of the Alash movement’s leaders on state building and democratic values, their relevance for modern Kazakhstan». In the nomination «The role of the spiritual heritage of Alash in understanding the achievements of the Great Steppe», the 2nd place was awarded to a 3rd year student Ramazan Abіldos. The 3rd year student Sarsen Bashembaev took the 3rd place in the nomination «Alash Platform and the issues of improving the modern national economy and social sphere».
