The textbook «Farabitanu», edited by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Zhakypbek Altayev, which is dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of the Great Thinker of the East was published in the Publishing House «Kazakh University» of Al-Farabi KazNU.

The book examines the deep life wisdom, humanism and encyclopedic scientific knowledge in the philosophical heritage of an outstanding thinker.

This work describes in detail the historical situation that shaped Al-Farabi’s worldview, and his contribution not only to Russian philosophical scientific thought, but also to Muslim and European civilizations.

The manual is intended for bachelors, undergraduates and PhD students, as well as for a wide range of readers and scientists interested in the philosophical heritage of Al-Farabi.

Recently, a monograph by Professor Zhakypbek Altayev «AL-FARABI PHILOSOPHY OF THE SECOND MASTER» was published in English in Amsterdam. The Book presentations will take place in Amsterdam, Ankara and Almaty before the end of this year.
