Romanov Vyacheslav Ivanovich 

Mathematician, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences
He was dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics (1975-1980).

Born on October 1, 1937 in the city of Alma-Ata.

• Education

 
1959 graduated from S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University.

1967 defended his dissertation (topic dis.: "On the theory of periodic and quasi-periodic solutions of ordinarydifferential equations", 1967) associate professor.

He has the diplomatic rank of 1st Secretary.

•  Experience

After graduating from the university, he worked as anassistant, senior lecturer, associate professor,and head ofthe department. Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Mechanicsand Mathematics.

1975-1980 Dean of the Faculty of Mechanics andMathematics.

1980-1987 worked as head of the department of Science and Educational Institutions of the Central Committee ofthe Communist Party of Kazakhstan.

1987-1988 Head of the Department of Science, head ofthe Department of Pedagogical educational
institutions of the Ministry of Education of the KazakhSSR.

1988-1996 Deputy Head of the Main Department ofHigher Education and Science Ministry of Education ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan.

1997-2000 Academic Secretary, chief coordinator of theDiplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2001-2004 Chief Specialist of the Higher AttestationCommission of the Ministry of Education and Science ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan.

2004-2010 Vice-President of the Association ofProfessional Education Organizations Kazakhstan.

Awarded the Order named after A. Baitursynov(Association of Higher Education Institutions of theRepublic of Kazakhstan, 2014), 2 medals, I. Altynsarinmedal, A. Baitursynov silver medal; excellent student ofthe USSR Higher School, excellent student of educationof the Republic of Kazakhstan, excellent student ofeducation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honoraryworker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
