He was dean of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics (1975-1980).

Born on October 1, 1937 in the city of Alma-Ata.

1959 graduated from S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University.

 

1967 defended his dissertation (topic dis.: "On the theory of periodic and quasi-periodic solutions of ordinarydifferential equations", 1967) associate professor.

 

He has the diplomatic rank of 1st Secretary.

  •  Experience

After graduating from the universityhe worked as anassistantsenior lecturerassociate professor,and head ofthe departmentDeputy Dean of the Faculty of Mechanicsand Mathematics.

 

1975-1980 Dean of the Faculty of Mechanics andMathematics.

 

1980-1987 worked as head of the department of Science and Educational Institutions of the Central Committee ofthe Communist Party of Kazakhstan.

 

1987-1988 Head of the Department of Science, head ofthe Department of Pedagogical educational
institutions of the Ministry of Education of the KazakhSSR.

 

1988-1996 Deputy Head of the Main Department ofHigher Education and Science Ministry of Education ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

1997-2000 Academic Secretarychief coordinator of theDiplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

2001-2004 Chief Specialist of the Higher AttestationCommission of the Ministry of Education and Science ofthe Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

2004-2010 Vice-President of the Association ofProfessional Education Organizations Kazakhstan.
