Born in 1907 in the city of Vitebsk.
In 1924 he graduated from high school with honors.
In 1924 he passed the selection committee at the Vitebsk department of public education, received a business trip to the Belarusian State University.
In 1926 he was transferred to the 2nd Moscow State University, from which he graduated in 1930.
In 1930 he worked in Moscow as a teacher of physics.
In 1930, after graduating from the university, he was sent to KazPedInstitute.
From 1930 to the beginning of 1932 he worked as an assistant in physics.
From the beginning of 1932 he worked as an assistant professor of physics at KazGU.
