International round table "April 28 - World day for safety and health at work"

On April 28, 2022, Associate Professor of the UNESCO Department of Sustainable Development of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences Kozhakhan Aigul Karipzhankyzy held an international round table on "April 28 - World day for safety and health at work", organized by 1st-year undergraduates of the specialty "audit and management of complex safety in industry".

The event was attended by teachers and students, as well as special guests from Turkey, Malta, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan.

The main purpose of the event is to promote safe work and increase the conscious attitude of students to work safety as a result of the performances of foreign guests.

The round table was held in a solemn and non-solemn form.

In the first part, guests' reports were heard, in the second part, students' qualifications were determined by specially prepared games.

The participating guests and students were awarded special certificates, and the winning group received a hard hat as a gift.
