The goal
|
Quality training of highly qualified personnel in the media industry, in the field of mass communication, capable to:
- develop scientific, cultural, social, educational, creative, advertising, media projects;
- design and demonstrate scientific results in the country and abroad, focused on solving problems of the development of media, mass communication and Kazakh society;
- develop communication strategies for different purposes based on government programs: Digital Kazakhstan, Information Kazakhstan, in line with the modernization of the public consciousness of Kazakhstan society (for organizations, commercial companies, government agencies, the educational sector, the private business sector) and various types of communication.

- Build trends in digital technology, digital media.
- Theorize the approaches and concepts of modern communicativistics.
- Practice research approaches in the study of communications used in world science.
- Present ideas for solving applied objectives of representatives of the media and communication industry.
- Classify the communication concepts of researchers of mass communication; develop concepts of media and communication programs.
- Predict the effectiveness of the impact of communication, network, mobile, electronic, printed methods of research on the development of various spheres of society.
- Analyze data in communication projects; offer own hypotheses and draw up a project or research plan to solve problems; conduct media and classroom planning.
- Solve communication tasks, conduct communication companies to attract investments, analyze preferred media carriers depending on the target investor audience.
- Build opportunities, limitations of media channels for working with an investment audience, diagnose difficulties in communicating with investment audiences.
- Project, generate new ideas, concepts in the field of communicology, medialogy for the practical application of different types of communication in communicativistics.
- Develop communication strategies in the non-profit sector; conduct an experiment of promoting projects in the non-profit sector.
- Develop, use new multimedia communication strategies; implement comprehensive research in the media field.
