The goal

The purpose of the Business Communication educational program is the quality training of highly qualified personnel in the field of business communications, with knowledge of the skills of information technology, engineering of innovative activities, social modernization of a business structure, integrated electronic commerce and digital Internet services.The implementation of the educational program is aimed at the formation of a professional personality of a specialist capable of:- interpret and summarize the current knowledge of the latest theories in the field of business communication and classify the basic concepts of information and communication technologies and the financial sector;- independently carry out scientific research in the field of business communication, the results of their own scientific research and apply information technology tools and digital services;- integrate knowledge at the intersection of the sciences of information technology and business communication in the context of their own scientific research;- ensure the effectiveness of the educational process on the basis of innovative research methods for the task of business communication using financial instruments, information and communication technologies of the business industry; - build their own program of further training and research activities in business communication, digital technology, social modernization of the business system.

Learning outcomes

  1. Argue the technological process of business communication and its application in the electronic platform e-government, correlation in communication processes, solving problems in scientific and professional activities based on analysis, synthesis, planning of business communication in the public and financial sectors.
  2. Compare, contrast and solve problems in the field of analysis of business communication and their application in the field of engineering of innovative activity, analyze the process of social modernization of a business structure within the framework of a research context.
  3. Design, analyze and implement projects with big data in the field of business communication, have basic skills in designing a business process, demonstrate the work of innovative communication.
  4. Differentiate, argue and cope with complex issues of modeling and classification of the business communication process for the analysis and correlation of data necessary for decision-making in business management and investment promotion.
  5. Conduct an experiment, summarize the results and manage the tasks in the field of business communication using modern educational technologies and digital Internet services to create projects in the media sphere and higher education.
  6. Analyze and integrate the process of solving problems with the static data necessary for searching, obtaining and transforming a business process and their integration for in-depth analysis. Prepare a project to create and manage a business model.
  7. Formulate a judgment based on the analysis of the outsourcing market for electronic media, outsourcing and out staffing in Kazakhstan, creating a startup campaign for business processes and outsourcing companies in the context of virtualization.
  8. Plan and carry out experiments, to solve design tasks to analyze the process of social transformation, business communication, innovative virtualization used in mobile technologies, cloud computing, innovative forms of electronic commerce.
  9. Describe, justify and present the scientific results of an innovative business project and implementation in the information and communication field, analyze theoretical issues and practical cases based on national and international backgrounds.
  10. Possess the ability to adapt, implement, analyze and competently use the acquired knowledge to holistically solve the problems of business communication and demonstrate the results obtained in promoting and modifying and socializing the business.
  11. Develop research projects on interactive business communication and a digital start-up on the problems of conflict and peaceful interaction in business communication using multimedia technologies that allow solving problems holistically.
  12. To determine the directions of further personal and professional development, to be capable of an objective assessment of their achievements in the field of business technologies, investment of business communication, and also independently use theoretical and practical knowledge to formulate and solve research problems.

 The training of undergraduates is carried out within the framework of the scientific schools of the founders of digital media, analytical journalism in Kazakhstan: M.K. Barmankulova, N. Omasheva, G. Zh. Ibraeva, Sh. I. Nurgozhina, L.S. Akhmetova, S.Kh. Barlybaeva, G. Sultanbaeva, as well as in the field of economic school, E.B. Zhatkanbaeva, B.M. Mukhamedieva and others.   The scientific potential of the departments is represented by highly qualified specialists: professors, associate professors, invited foreign professors, employees of the media field, business communication, which allows for the training of undergraduates. The teaching staff is represented by domestic and invited foreign specialists with extensive practical and research experience.
