The goal

Training of highly qualified masters with a complex system of knowledge of public relations and advertising, research skills in the field of communication, the ability to implement educational activities, the ability to independently solve communication problems, to show leadership qualities that ensure the functioning of digital PR and communications in Kazakhstan and abroad.

Learning outcomes

  1. Able to develop under the guidance and independently communicative strategies of effective PR for Kazakhstan and foreign markets with measurable indicators of the effectiveness of the services and departments of public relations.
  2. Able to diagnose algorithms of attention and coverage in social networks, modeling of communication processes in the context of globalization, using instrumental digital methods, taking into account the recommendations of IPRA, NAPR, UNESCO, etc.
  3. Able to establish and maintain electronic public relations, corporate communications and media relations, applying the experience of Kazakhstan and Turkey.
  4. Able to consider the specifics of each level of public relations in the management of social relations and the implementation of multiculturalism policy.
  5. Able to search for new means of communication sustainability, to justify the possibility of contact between the public, commercial and public sectors in Kazakhstan and Turkey.
  6. Able to apply methodological knowledge and skills in research, teaching and educational work, write essays, essays, reports in a foreign language.
  7. Able to overcome existing stereotypes and barriers in the communication system on the basis of constant updating of approaches of society and profession in the context of public relations.
  8. Able to develop local, regional and industry levels of public relations with the identification of resources for them and the availability of communication channels on the Internet, social networks, mobile applications.
  9. Able to adapt innovative communication practices in the field of public relations, advertising, communications in different countries.
  10. Able to perform modeling of communication processes and apply management psychology in the context of globalization in various languages, including foreign ones.
  11. Able to critically evaluate the results of its own scientific, pedagogical and professional activities and determine the trajectory of further professional and scientific self-improvement.
  12. Able to teach at the University, to use pedagogical and psychological methods in the learning process, to organize extracurricular work.
