9 th of April from 14.00 to 15.30 Department of Management HSEB KazNU after al-Farabi held a meeting of section 2: "Anti-crisis management in the conditions of the pandemic: mechanisms and scenarios" in the frame of the International scientific-practical conference on the topic: "The impact of the pandemic on achieving the goals of sustainable development: trends and effects" (8-9 th of April), organized by the Higher School of Economics and Business.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the overall achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in the future, as well as to identify the main mechanisms for the reduction of negative consequences in developing countries.

The following issues were discussed:

1. The practice of applying anti-crisis measures by business entities during the pandemic;
2. New strategic plan for Kazakhstan's development until 2025 in the context of the pandemic: strengths and weaknesses;
3. Opportunities and limitations of anti-crisis government solutions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic;

The conference was attended by leading domestic and foreign scholars and experts.
