Today, as part of the events of the Department of Management dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a leadership online lecture was held by Chingis Akedilovich Nurkhanov, who spoke on the topic "Features of the implementation of startup projects in the modern economy" to students of the 1, 2 and 3 courses of the specialties "Management", "State and Local Administration" and the teacher of the acting professor, Doctor of Economics T. S. Sokira.

At the moment, in Kazakhstan, we are seeing an increase in startup projects, especially in the field of IT technologies, in which Ch. A. Nurkhanov realized himself as an entrepreneur. Of course, startups are born in all industries and spheres, but "IT " startups have been dominating quantitatively recently. Almost any new business goes through the startup stage. After all, a startup is called the search for an effective business model.

The speaker shared his own experience in implementing a startup project, from the idea and its creation, to the commercialization and sale of his product projects. At the moment, he is the founder and CEO of Inter сonect, where the company provides production management automation services, crypto services, and software application development services. During the online lecture, students willingly asked questions: about the basics of mining, starting capital for a startup, about the possibility of earning it in the cryptocurrency market, about buying shares… At the end of his speech, the Speaker wished the students not to give up on the way to achieving their goals, to be disciplined, enterprising, to play sports and be sure to be educated. After all, as the speaker said in conclusion: "Every successful person has made himself." But, first of all, you need to learn. Ch. A. Nurkhanov., does not stop there, constantly learns. Currently working on a doctoral dissertation, is a doctoral student of the Department of "Management".
