The head of A. Baitursynov Department of Kazakh Linguistics, Anar Bekmyrzakyzy met Abyz aksakal Mekemtas Myrzakhmetovich. She shared her thoughts about Abai, Muktar and Bauyrzhan with him and conferred him the title of "academician of the Academy of National Values". She also presented him the book: " Abai’s word Linguapoetics".
On February 20, 2023 within the frameworks of “Spiritual rebirth program”, the Department of Kazakh Language of the Language Chair at the International University of Information Technologies hosted the educational event on the topic: “I believe in you, young generation!” dedicated to Magzhan Zhumabayev’s 130th anniversary.
On February 18, 2023 the head of A. Baitursynov Department of Kazakh Linguistics Doctor of Philology, Professor Salkynbai Anar Bekmyrzakyzy visited the specialized Al-Farabi lyceum named of the Karasai district of Almaty region. During her visit she was invited to the concert organized by the lyceum amateur – performance lyceum clubs and took part in the discussions devoted to national value and national education.
From February 13 to February 18, 2023, the teacher of A. Baitursynov Kazakh linguistics Department of the Philological Faculty of Al-Farabi KazNU Sh.A. Ramazanova was a jury member of city-staged General- education -subject Republican Olympiad organized by the «Almaty Daryn» center.
In order to implement the objectives specified in 2020-2025 language policy implementation state program in the Republic of Kazakhstan, from January 30 to February 2 and from February 7 to February 10, 2023, another examination of tests developed according to the KAZTEST system by the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education was carried out.
On November 30, 2022 the students of 303 and 304 groups of Kazakh Philology major organized the educational on the topic: «National values are fortress of the nation» in the dormitory № 17 of the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The purpose of the event was to revive the forgotten national values of Kazakh people, to instill the spirit of patriotism in today’s young genenration and to introduce the students to Kazakh traditions.
On May 19, on the occasion of Olzhas Omarovich Suleimenov’s 85th anniversary, the outstanding poet, scholar, public figure, an educational event: "Az and Ya: fate and historical path" was held. The event was organized by the Department of Kazakh Linguistics and the 1st-year undergraduates.
On May 11, on the ZOOM platform, a lecture by Doctor of Philology Orynay Sagyngalievna on the topic: "The use of the Kazakh language in contradiction with its system and structure" took place. School teachers from all over Kazakhstan, scholars, professors, linguists-practitioners, connoisseurs of the language such as: Alimkhan Zhunusbek, Zhaina Satkenova, Dina Alkebaeva, Aigul Ismakova, Zeinelkhan Kuzekova, Anar Ashimova joined to listen to Orynay Sagyngalievna’s lecture.
In honour of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Department of Kazakh Linguistics of the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on May 6 at 15:00 a lecture entitled "Independence and the state language" by Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Salkynbay Anar Bekmyrzakyzy was held.
On the eve of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, events dedicated to this event are held. President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said: «The events dedicated to this significant event should benefit our country. In the field of economics, knowledge, and science, there is still a lot of unfinished business».

Students of the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi University held an online evening "Blossom, my Kazakhstan" on the ZOOM platform. The first deputy chairman of the central Council of the «Organization of Veterans», Honored state and public figure, well-known scientist, academician Ozganbayev Omirzak Ozganbayuly.
