WORKSHOP WITH ENAGO
In order to raise the level of English academic writing to further increase publication activity of the faculty and students in high-impact journals, the Department of science and innovation organized and held a workshop together with representatives of Enago.
The workshop was held in the framework of an agreement signed between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Enago – a leading provider of English language solutions for the global research community.
Collaborating with one of the world’s major translating and editing service companies is to enable KazNU researchers to significantly increase chances of publishing in international scientific journals.
At the workshop KazNU employers were acquainted with Enago’s solutions, currently offering three levels of support: Academic translation, Publishing preparation and Scientific and technical editing. Enago’s team of highly specialized subject-area experts will help scientists and researchers from KazNU to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the strictest of standards needed to submit and publish the work to high-impact peer-reviewed international journals.
In such way, Al-Farabi KazNU continues the implementation of the policy aimed at enhancing academic writing and publication activity of the faculty and students in journals, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science international databases.
