Applied and Computational Mathematics Educational Program Workshop
At the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, at the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling, a seminar was organized to develop the educational program "Applied and Computational Mathematics" in English for universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To develop this program, scientists from the University of Aachen (RWTH, Germany) Dr. Matthias Meinke were invited, from the University of Delaware (Delaware University, USA) - Dr.-Ing. Lian-Ping Wang, from Keele University (Keele University, UK) - Dr. Kaplunov UD, from the University of Savoy (University of Savoy Mont Blanc, France) Dr. D. Dutyh, from the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Mathematical Geophysics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IVMiMG SB RAS, Novosibirsk) - Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Kabanikhin S.I., from the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy, professor Cherny S.G., from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology - Doctor of Philosophy A. Gasnikov.
