On April 27, 3rd year students of the specialty "Ecology" held a curatorial hour on the topic "Green initiatives at the university", where 25 people took part. During this event, student Bella Mukanova shared with fellow students information about organizations in Kazakhstan that provide opportunities for young people to gain new experience and build useful connections in the field of environmental protection.

As a result of the curatorial hour, the students intend to create an initiative for the separate collection of waste at the faculty on their own. In case of a positive result, young people intend to introduce a convenient infrastructure for collecting recyclable materials and sending it for recycling.
