1.Demonstrate advanced professional and scientific knowledge of the basic complexity in the field of biomedical, chemical and pharmaceutical sciences in order to ensure the protection of public health.

2.Сarry out activities within the framework of national and international standards and legal documents in the field of pharmacy and circulation of medicines and medical devices.

3.Identify sources and analyze the reliability and quality of professional information, apply modern information and communication technologies.

4. Justify the goals and the choice of methods and means to achieve them in order to develop the pharmaceutical industry and the sphere of circulation of medicines and medical devices, using the skills of scientific research and academic writing.

5. Demonstrate commitment to the interests of the professional team and society, showing a socially responsible citizenship, professionalism and understanding of the socio-cultural context and the principles of academic and professional ethics.

6. Сommunicate information, problems, and solutions for the effective performance of professional tasks to colleagues, other healthcare professionals, non-specialists, and the population by appropriately using professional terminology and various channels and tools of communication.

7. Use knowledge and skills for continuous professional and personal development, acquisition of new applied knowledge in order to improve pharmaceutical practice and ensure the protection of public health.

8. Рrovide first aid and pharmaceutical assistance to the population on the rational use of medicines and medical devices.

Аpply the knowledge of management and marketing and entrepreneurship to ensure effective planning, forecasting, analysis, audit and evaluation of production, logistics and economic and financial activities of subjects of circulation of medicines and medical devices in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards.

10. Maintain clinical and pharmaceutical documentation and provide information and advisory assistance on rational pharmacotherapy considering the pharmaco-economic characteristics and principles of the drug formulary and GVP.

11. Evaluate and ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of medicines and medical devices at all stages of the life cycle.

12. Develop and manufacture pharmaceutical products in pharmacy and industrial settings based on the knowledge of their bioavailability and methods of targeted drug delivery.
