03/05/2021 and 03/26/2021 acting Professor of the Department of Mechanics, Ph.D., Zhumasheva Zh. hosted a webinar on the topic CIROS (Computer Integrated Robot Operating System) Education "Modular production cells" with international certification from the FESTO group of companies.

FESTO is a group of companies that is a leading global supplier of automation technology and a leader in the field of industrial training and educational programs.

During the webinar Zhumashevа Zh. got acquainted with the virtual laboratory CIROS STUDIO/EDUCATION on industrial mechatronics and robotics. CIROS Studio is a professional working tool for creating simulation models.

During the webinar, the participant acquired theoretical knowledge on the following topics:

- Familiarization with the main functions of the CIROS Education software;

- Compatible with robots from different manufacturers;

- Ability to work with FluidSim, a simulator of electropneumohydroautomatics;

- Setting up the interaction between the virtual factory and the programming environment;

- Virtual editing and programming of base stations for mechatronics, etc.

The webinar was organized by the skills camp network of the FESTO branch in Kazakhstan.
