In February 2021, the Department of Mechanics of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, together with the Television and Radio Complex of KazNU named after al-Farabi, prepared and shot a video film " KAZAKH GYLYMYNYN ASKAR SHYNY ", dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the outstanding scientist-mechanic, organizer of science and higher education, a major state, political and a public figure, academician U. Dzholdasbekov.

The text of the film in Kazakh and Russian languages ​​was prepared by the acting professor of the Department of Mechanics Zhumasheva Zh.

Photo and video filming was organized by the Department of Mechanics in conjunction with the Television and Radio Complex of KazNU named after al-Farabi.

The video film is shown on 03/01/2021. at the opening ceremony of the XI International Competition of Research Papers of Schoolchildren in Mathematics and Mechanics named after U. Dzholdasbekov, held with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of al-Farabi KazNU.
