On November 12, 2019, an educational exhibition “Education Fair - 2019” was held at the Republican Physics and Mathematics School (RPMS) in Almaty with the participation of Kazakhstani universities.

The main goal of the event is to provide high-school students and parents with complete and reliable information about the advanced universities of Kazakhstan and the educational programs available at universities, to help school graduates in choosing their future profession.

The event was attended by representatives of more than 10 universities in Kazakhstan. Among them were teachers of the Department of Mechanics of the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhumashev Zh. and Bolysbek D. They provided advice on all issues of admission to the university. Information was presented to visitors of the exhibition in the form of a presentation, information brochures and booklets about the educational programs "Mechanics", "Space Engineering and Technologies", "Robotic Systems", about the faculty and the university as a whole.

The event was especially useful for graduates of the 2019-2020 school year.
