Tashenova Gulnar Talipovna

In 1997 defended her thesis on the topic "Epidemiology of acute leukemia in children in Kazakhstan", specializing in pediatrics (pediatric hematology). In 2006 defended her doctoral dissertation. The topic of the dissertation is “Modern principles of diagnosis and therapy of hemorrhagic diseases in children”. Scientific and practical work is devoted to the study of prevalence, increasing the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with blood diseases, hematologic diseases, topical issues and the organization of the pediatric service, school medicine. From 2014-2018 - The main freelance pediatrician of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently - Deputy Chairman of the NGO "Union of Pediatricians of Kazakhstan". Member of the development of republican standards of pediatric services. Great experience in teaching, since 2017 - Head of the Department of Children's Diseases No. 1 of KazNMU named after Asfendiyarov. Kurmanova Almagul Medeubaevna

 In 1995 she graduated with honors from the medical faculty of the ASMI.

She studied at the clinical residency, graduate school at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Almaty State Institute of Advanced Medical Studies.

In 1999 she defended her thesis on "Improving the diagnosis and treatment of urogenital chlamydia in women".

In 2009 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Clinical and immunological aspects of chronic inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs and differential immunotherapy”.

Since 2002 she worked as an assistant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Kazakhstan Medical University. Since 2004 she worked as a senior researcher, Scientific Secretary, leading researcher at the Scientific Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology.

Her scientific activity is devoted to the problems of immunodiagnostics, the peculiarities of cellular interactions of immunocompetent cells at the systemic and local levels at various pathological conditions in obstetrics and gynecology, and the development of principles of immunomodulating therapy. Under her leadership 2 PhD-theses have been defended.

Kurmanova A.M. has specializations in laser therapy, gynecological oncology and endocrinology. She is a full member of the International Academy of Informatization. She has 160 publications, including 9 articles in Web of Science, 6 in Scopus, 3 monographs.

 

 

 

Achenbekova Aida Zhaksybaevna

 Graduated with honors from the pediatric faculty of the Almaty State Medical Institute in 1991

     In 1994 joined the Institute of Pediatrics of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1999 defended her thesis on "Clinical features and structural and functional properties of platelets in children with signs of connective tissue dysplasia."

      Since 2003 to 2008 Doctoral studies in the specialty of cardiac rheumatology. The topic of the doctoral dissertation is devoted to the issues of early diagnosis of juvenile arthritis in children. She completed an internship in the children's department of the Institute of Rheumatology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow), foreign training in cardiology and healthcare organization in Israel (Wolfson Medical Center), Lithuania (Kaunas).

     The main area of ​​scientific and professional interests is children's rheumatology, cardiology, pediatrics (rare diseases).

     Teaching activities since 2008 She was the developer of republican clinical protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of MH in pediatric cardiology and rheumatology. She participated in the development of the Standard for Rheumatology Service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Member of the European Working Group on the study of SLE in children. Member of the Eurasian Rheumatology Association. She was a regional curator for rare (orphan diseases) in Almaty

     The author of 35 publications, 3 methodological recommendations, 8 articles, including international ones.
