Solutions for the consequences of Infodemia in business communication

Among the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, Infodemia is a serious global problem, especially dangerous and urgent for Kazakhstan. The infodemia crisis has changed the lives of humanity. The scientific project considered ways out of the Infomedia crisis with the help of social business. Mechanisms for the formation of a digital consumer culture of the population through joint public-private programs were also proposed.

Objective: to provide solutions to combat infodemia in the field of business communications. 

The main idea of the project is to provide social business programs to eliminate the consequences of Infodemia.  

Scientific and practical significance of the work: improving digital literacy and virtual participation of the population of Kazakhstan in social business programs.   

Research methodology: research work systematic, comparative and structural-functional methods. 

The main results and analysis of the research work: it is planned to publish an article in the Scopus online research base, in the journal Health Communication, which publishes Taylor and Francis research, kaznu Bulletin, which is included in the list of scientific journals of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Value of the study: for the first time, the project is devoted to the problems of social business communication.

The practical significance of the results of the work is determined by the support of business technologies based on social responsibility in eliminating the consequences of infodemia.
