Marat Barmankulov at the Faculty of Journalism of al-Farabi Kazakh National University will be held the International scientific and practical conference in mixed format (hybrid) “JOURNALISM FOR ALL: MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGIES OF THE NEW GENERATION”, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the founder of television and radio journalism in Kazakhstan, Professor Marat Karibaevich Barmankulov, a mentor to many generations of journalists in the country, who laid the foundations of scientific school of journalism in Kazakhstan and made a significant contribution to the development of national television and radio broadcasting.

2/22/2022As part of the conference "The Role of Radio in the 21st Century: Global Perspectives, Sustainable Development, Access to Reliable Information, Influence on the Destiny of a Person" of the IX International Winter School of Journalism and Communication, organized in honor of the International Day of Radio by the Humanitarian Research Center "Mediasphere" of the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi KazNU, the modern possibilities of global radio to provide information were discussed.

The fourth traditional competition of future TV and radio announcers is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country's independence and the 100th anniversary of Kazakh radio. "THE STORY OF INDEPENDENCE", "THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTURY", "TELEZHEZHIRE", "SPEAK, KAZAKHSTAN!". 8 industry TV channels competed in the nominations.
