On September 10, 2020, a Leadership lecture was held on the topic "5 tips from a graduate of KazNU" on the ZOOM online platform under the guidance of advisers Zhansaya Toktarova and Elina Kim. 1st year students took part in it and the speaker was Kairakhmetov Rustam, a graduate of 2018, the Department of Korean Studies of the Faculty of the Far East. Rustam works in Moscow at Samsung Electronics as a leading specialist in the engineering and technology department.

Kairakhmetov Rustam gave an inspiring lecture, during the meeting he gave a lot of practical advice on how to have a fruitful student life, about his experience of study internships in South Korea and about internships in various international companies. After the lecture, there was a Q&A session, and freshmen could ask questions of interest related to the difficulties of learning the Korean language, what opportunities students have after completing their studies, internship experience abroad, first impression of Korea, interview tips. Rustam Kairakhmetov gave detailed explanations to all these questions, which motivated students who are forced to study online due to the pandemic. And to all this, during the lecture, Kairakhmetov Rustam emphasized the importance of not only learning the chosen language, but also learning English and additional skills that will help in further job search.
