Students have many questions before graduation, and one of the important issues among them is employment. The Department of the Far East invited N. M. Dzhaksykeldinov, the Executive Director of JSC «Shinhan Bank», as a lecturer with a lecture on the topic: What person you should be before graduation?

For several years, JSC «Shinhan Bank» has been an employer for students of the Department of Far East. During the lecture the questions “What needs to be done to be initiative? How to overcome laziness?” were raised and many other regarding the students. The most interesting and important thing not only for students, but also for the teachers was the notion of "professional competence of the graduate "according to the employer. The employer made a number of recommendations such as, that you need to pay attention to your surroundings, and if friends bothers you while studying, you need to limit communication with such people, and communicate with those who want to get as much knowledge as possible since after, when you get to work, knowledge turns into skills. Also you don’t need to overestimate yourself and dream about a big salary right away. It is especially important for graduates to get a job and gain experience. The lecture was held in the form of a conversation. It was very important for students to hear the opinion of the employer on their questions.
