To attention of our master and PhD doctoral students, a call for applications is announced!!!

The Abay-Vernе program is a joint program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic.

Under this program, which provides 100 scholarships (90 for Master and 10 for doctoral students), a competition is announced without limiting the choice of specialties.

Conditions for participation in the competition for a master's degree program:

• Kazakhstan citizenship;

• no age restrictions;

• invitation / confirmation of enrollment in a state university for a 1, or 2 years Master's program in France;

• Students who already have a master’s degree may also participate in the competition for this scholarship.

Scholarships

• The monthly stipend for living is 800 Euros for 10 months (from September to June) for Master’s, and 1,200 Euros per month for 36 months for doctoral students. The Center for International Programs will monthly transfer the scholarship directly to the beneficiary's bank account, without the condition of reimbursement and refining.

Application deadline: June 14, 2019

Competition Commission:

Candidates are selected by a mixed Franco-Kazakh independent commission.

Announcement of results:

The results of the competition will be announced on July 1, 2019 on the website of the French Embassy in Kazakhstan: https://kz.ambafrance.org/, as well as on the website Culture France: https://www.culturefrance.kz.
