In Astana, the ceremony of awarding the winners of the republican contest "The best teacher of the university" for 2018 was held. The title of "The Best University Teacher" of 2018 was awarded to the Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor B.K. Zayadan, deputy dean for educational work, candidate of biological sciences, associate professor Z.A. Inelova, candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor L.K. Baktybaeva. We wish you creative success, new achievements and further heights!

It should be noted that a total of 481 applicants took part in the 2018 competition, and 200 people from 43 higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan became the owners of the high title.

The competition evaluates the scientific and pedagogical activity of applicants for the following indicators: development and publication of textbooks, teaching aids, monographs in English, passing mass online courses on professional activities in a foreign language, etc.

In addition to certificates and lapel badges, the winners are awarded special financial grants. Grants are aimed to improve skills and having internships for their owners to conduct research at leading universities and research centers of the world.
