Today lecturer Jumakhanova G.B., senior lecturers Shalgymbaeva S.M., Omarova Zh.S., Kegenov E.B. and Kegenova G.B. organized and held a seminar for students of the specialty “5В080400 – Fish Industry and Industrial Fishery” on the theme “Development of Aquaculture” at the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology with the participation of Professor Heimo Mikkola (Adjunct Professor at the University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio, Finland).
Workshop participants received valuable information on:
- Current aquaculture status;
- Acquaintance with objects of Aquaculture;
- The technology of tilapia fish farming.
