On January 25^th 2021 the Department of Finance and Accounting of the Higher School of Economics and Business held an international scientific and practical online conference on “The digitalization of accounting in the context of a pandemic”.

The organization of this event is dedicated to the celebration of the 70^th anniversary of the Doctor of Economics, Acting Professor of the Department Baymukhanova Sariya Baymukhanovna and aims to promote the development of the research potential of young scientists in the country, as well as an effective exchange of views and advanced ideas between academic structures at the international level.

The representatives of domestic and foreign scientific and academic circles participated in the work of the conference.

The speakers were scientists, colleagues, students, classmates of the Celebrant, who were the representatives of institutions such as theG.Plekhanov Russian economic University, the "MEPhI" national research nuclear university, the Association of accountants and auditors of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin, KNU named after Balasagyn, the Eurasian Economic University, Turan University, Narxoz University and Almaty Academy of Economics and statistics.

As a result of the conference a collection of conference proceedings will be published.
