As part of the International scientific and practical conference «Public diplomacy of the CIS member States: the potential of the regions» on October 15-17, 2019, a press conference was held in Belgorod (Russian Federation) at the Interfax-Belgorod media Center. Representatives of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Russia answered journalists ' questions on the prospects of Eurasian integration. The participants of the press conference discussed topical areas of cooperation, the possibility of new member States joining the EAEU.

   One of the promising areas of interregional cooperation, experts noted exchange programs and the system of education under the program of «double» diplomas. Head of the Department «Management» of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University doctor of Economics, Professor Ardak Nesipbekovna Turgynbaeva noted that the Belgorod state national research University and the Al-Farabi Kazakh National Universityhas already started to cooperate in these areas. In particular, in the specialty state and local government has already held an academic exchange of undergraduate students in the 2018-2019 academic year and is scheduled to train undergraduates on the «double» diploma in the current 2019-2020 academic year.
