The leading scientist from Italy conducts lectures in KazNU

As part of the program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on attracting foreign professors to teaching, the Department of Economics of the Higher School of Economics and Business invited David Cheletti - PhD, professor, researcher from the University of Padova (Padova, Italy) for the period from April 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019 to conduct lectures and classes for the 1st course master students. During the work of the professor, lectures were given to students and teaching staff on the following topics: “Development, Sustainable Development”, “Green Economy. Economic Models in Comparative Perspective”, “Development of Innovative Business for Green Economy Frameworks”, “Economic History of the Developing Countries ”.
The invited professor also conducted master classes and trainings on following actual topics: “Academic Writing”, “Scientific Methodology”, “Granting Proposal”.
Also, during the visit of one of the leading professors, issues about joint programs with the University of Padova, as well as the possibilities of academic mobility of students were discussed.
