This international seminar, organized by Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov, the reports of professors from Jammu (India), Baku (Azerbaijan), Almaty, Kaskelen and Turkestan were heard, where the issues of multilingualism in the modern educational process were discussed.
