Educational programs
Academic year in the KazNU. al-Farabi lasts from September to May (01.09-30.05).
Duration of study:
- BSc / BA (bachelor) - 4 academic years;
- MSc / MA (Master) - 1 (2) academic year;
- PhD doctoral studies - 3 (4) academic years, depending on the faculty (referral).
There are also preparatory language courses at our university.

At all faculties there is a full-time form of training for students.
The training is conducted in Kazakh and Russian, so good preliminary language training is needed. You can take a course in Kazakh and Russian at the Faculty of Pre-University Education
It is also being implemented in many faculties and specialties in English.
