The KazNU mechanics team is the winner of the Republican robotics championship IITU Robocon 2019!

February 15, 2019 in Almaty in the Ice Palace Halyk Arena was held the Republican championship on robotics "IITU Robocon 2019" among universities, organized by the International University of Information Technologies. It was attended by 15 of the best university teams in the country. Among them was the team of Amanov Bekzat "KazNU mechanics" from the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Having shown a high level of training, the “KazNU mechanics” team took the 2nd prize. The team consisted of 8 students. Most of them are students of the specialty robotics (Nurullaev N.M., Zholdasov E.N., Sagitzhanov B.M., Rakhmatulla Z.Ф., Azil Z.N., Ubaidullaev B.A., Zhanabergen D.R.), which opened in the 2018-2019 academic year at the Department of Mechanics of Mechanics and Mathematics faculty at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The main goal of the team is to prepare competitive specialists in world-class robotics, by attracting students to competitions not only of the Republican, but also of the international level.
