Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a joint meeting of the educational-methodical association (UMO) of the Republican Educational-Methodological Council (RUMS) and the session "Competitiveness of the higher education system: at the country and individual universities", which discussed current issues of university development, educational development programs.

THEME: «Toward Making Deterministic Solution of the Boltzmann Equation Practical».
3-year doctoral student of MKM, Askerova Zh.A. between 10.10.2019 y. and 10.01.2020 y. she completed an internship at the California State University, the city of Los Angeles (USA), to complete part of the research work under the doctoral program, while retaining the scholarship.
Doctoral students of the 2nd year of specialty MKM, Tsoi N.V. and Satenova B.A. between 11/11/2019 and 12/26/2019 they completed an internship at Yonsei University in Seoul (South Korea) to carry out part of the research work under the doctoral program.
The largest conference hall of the main building of KazNU named after Al-Farabi is named after the famous statesman and public figure, Professor Askar Zakarievich Zakarin, who for many years headed the university, which stood at the origins of the foundation of KazGUgrad.
3-year doctoral student of specialty MKM, Abdibekov S.U. between 11/01/2019 and 12/25/2019, he completed an internship at the Rhine-Westphalian Technical University of Aachen, the city of Aachen (Germany) to carry out part of the research work under the doctoral program.
Professor Khadzhieva L.A., Kydyrbekuly A.B. and senior lecturers of the MKM department Kudaibergenov Askar K. and Kudaibergenov Askat K. from December 15 to 22, 2019 paid a research visit to Keele University (Great Britain) as part of the ERASMUS + international credit mobility program.
The joint project of the Academy of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) HAINA (Huawei Authorized Information and Network Academy) is the result of a fruitful collaboration between KazNU and Huawei. At present, the Academy's material and technical base has been created: the company equipped the class with all the necessary IT equipment for conducting classes, provided the opportunity to certify the best students of the course.
