Palaeolithic Museum of Kazakhstan - was opened in 2000. Collection Scientific Foundation consists of collections of stone tools from the Paleolithic Age and the Neolithic Age, more than 600 thousand artifacts. The materials are arranged in chronological order and consists of 5 sections: human evolution; the Lower Palaeolithic; Mousterian period; the Upper Paleolithic; Mesolithic, Neolithic and Chalcolithic.
