Head of the department of Archeology, ethnology and museology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Gani Omarov, Professor Dosbol Baygunakov, renowned restorer Kyrym Altynbekov and senior teacher Samat Sapatayev from February 25 to March 8 completed a scientific internship at the Florence Restoration Center (Italy) " Opificio delle pietre dure” working since 1588. During the internship, they listened to lectures on the provision and transportation of works of art and got acquainted with the results of the center's restoration work.
