On August 24-25, 2022, in Nur-Sultan the Science and Higher Education Forum “Human capital is a key resource for the development of new Kazakhstan” was held in the base of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana IT University and Nazarbayev University.

The forum was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, top-leaders, representatives of universities and scientific organizations, top managers, employers, more than 200 young scientists and researchers from all parts of the country.

In framework of the section "Youth in Science" Minister of Science and Higher Education S. Nurbek met with Young Scientists. Al-Farabi Kazakh National University represented by Ismailov D.V., the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of KazNU.

In his address to the meeting, the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan stated that Higher Education and the field of science should become target-based and focused on every student, teacher, and scientist. Likewise, issues of transition to an ecosystem within HEI, which should affect the interests and needs of scientists and students, the development of an “Atlas of new professions”, etc. were also considered.

Within the framework of the forum, experiences and outcomes of the work were shared by the representatives of young scientists.
