Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, on April 23, 2021, is holding an online International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic "Problems of Legal Support of Entrepreneurship in the Digital Economy", dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Law, Amirkhanova Irina Viktorovna.

The conference is held by the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labor Law of the Faculty of Law and the Scientific and Research Center "Legal Support for the Innovative Development of Kazakhstan" of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The conference is planned in the following main areas:

- development of entrepreneurial law in the digital economy;

- the state and prospects for the development of civil law in the context of the spread of digital technologies;

- legal regulation of digital processes in the field of public administration;

- the use of digital technologies in procedural practice and the prospects for the development of procedural legislation;

- digitalization and its impact on the legal regulation of labor relations;

- legal support for the use of digital technologies in the financial sector;

- problems of delinquency and liability in the digital sphere;

- legal regulation of Internet relations.
