Al-Farabi Kazakh national University on December 23, 2020 at 15.00 (Almaty time) is holding an online international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a sovereign state: modern realities, new ideas, legal practice", dedicated to the memory of academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of law, professor Sultan Sartayevich Sartaev.

The conference will address the following issues:

* problems of improving the system of public administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries;

* the ideas of academician Sartaev S.S. on the formation of the rule of law, which served as the basis for the formation of a sovereign and independent Kazakhstan;

* development of legal science and legal education as the basis of the rule of law;

* influence of political and legal views of academician Sartaev S.S. on the formation of legal and moral consciousness and education of students of modern Kazakhstan.

We invite you to take part in this conference. Please send the topics of your reports and presentations by December 15, 2020. The organizing Committee plans to publish a collection of materials after the conference (in electronic form with the assignment of an international ISBN number).
