A scientific and practical conference entitled «The Role of the President of Tajikistan in Solving Global Problems: Water is the Source of Life» will be held at the Scientific library of Al-Farabi KazNU on December 13, 2019.

Given the high importance of water resources in the world and the Central Asian region, the Conference will focus on discussing current global and regional aspects of water issues, as well as the role of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in its solution.

The Conference will include expert presentations on economic, environmental, political, legal and social aspects of the topic, which will address issues of water security: from solving existing problems to regional cooperation and diplomacy.

Following the Conference, it is planned to publish materials in a Conference Proceedings in an electronic format. Papers that meet the requirements must be sent before December 13, 2019 to the following e-mail address khaibullina.zhaniya@gmail.com, with the subject «Water Security».

The author (s), sending the paper to the Organizing Committee, entitles the Organizing Committee to publish the paper by publishing it electronically. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Authors.

Requirements for the design of the paper:

The name of the file with the paper should contain the name of the paper’s author (the first author, if the paper is written in co-authorship) (for example, 1_Ivanov_paper).

The volume of the paper is 4-5 pages of A4 format.

Name of the author (s) - center alignment, 14 font.

The title of the paper is center alignment, 14 font, bold.

The text of the paper is the MS Word text font, font Times New Roman, Times New Roman KZ, line spacing - 1, font size - 14, all margins - 2 cm, indent 1.25.

Tables in the paper must have a serial number and name. The word «Table», its serial number and name should be performed in 12 fonts, centered. The text in the table is 12 font. All tables in the paper should be referenced.

If there are used pictures in the paper, please note that the Conference Proceedings will be published in black and white. The word «Figure» with its serial number and name should be written below the figure, centered, font 12. The text inside the picture is 11, 12 or 14 in font size. All figures in the text of the paper should be referenced.

Reference - sources should be indicated in the order of mention in the text of the paper. References in the text should be made in square brackets. The list of references should be made out in 12 fonts after the main text of the paper.
