Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan as results of close cooperation prepare experienced instructors and specialists in the field of electronics and information-communication technologies. 

The key tasks of the Huawei Academy of ICT are: cooperation with the scientific community to fill gaps in ICT knowledge and skills, create a non-profit educational program around the world, provide training and education solutions to ensure compliance with the requirements of the ICT industry, create an ecosystem of ICT talent. To promote the certification of ICT technology, to develop talents in the field of information and communication technologies and a strong ecosystem, Huawei invites colleges and universities of Kazakhstan to participate in the competition. 

Students of colleges and universities who are the Academy of ICT of Huawei or planning to acquire the status of the Academy of ICT of Huawei are invited to participate. Only students can participate in the competition. The main prizes of the competition are: the participant's certificate, the Huawei award, the Huawei mobile phone, and the voucher, which will give an opportunity to pass the exam in which the three best students will have the opportunity to participate in the international "Huawei ICT Contest", which will be held in Shenzhen, China .
