October 22, 2014, Oriental Museum of the Faculty of Oriental studies was visited by important guests:

1. Dr. Mojtaba Damirchilu - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan;

2. Asghar Saberi - Head of Cultural Mission at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan;

3. Darabian- Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kazakhstan;

4. M.Kamrani - representatives of the Iranian Cultural Centre in Almaty;

5. Dr. Cyrus Nasrallaһzade - linguists, the researcher pre-Islamic inscriptions;

6. Dr. Seid Beyvәk Mohammadi - sociologist, Doctor of Social Sciences of the University of Eastern Kentucky (USA);

7. Dr. Seyyed Dzhavadmiri - Doctor of theology and Sociological Sciences Bristol universitety (UK);

8. Dr. Ashraf Baruzhardi - Deputy Head of Sociology Center for the Study of Women in Eastern Society and Culture.

«Oriental Museum" - a breakthrough project of the Department of Chinese Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies was opened May 16, 2014.

Chief Project Coordinator Associate Professor of the Chinese Studies Department Daulet Fatima held an interactive tour of the museum.
