The meeting of students of the Department of Chinese Studies with a young scientist-orientalist Ardak Nurgazy

The meeting was organized and led by a senior lecturer of Department of Chinese Studies Abdyrakyn Nurhalyk. During the meeting, guest hold a lecture on the topic: "The knowledge of the East by West." The lecture was very interesting and allowed us, the Orientalists, get a lot of information about the views of the Western people about the East. During the lecture, were made a lot of different ideas on the basis of book of Edward Zeit "Culture and Colonization." After the lecture, students asked a lot of questions that have received complete responses from scientists.
