 Invites you to take part in republican science-practical conference “Competence of the state language: innovation and modular training” . The conferense will take place on November 18, 2011 at 10 o’clock.

 There will be discussed the guestiens of such directions at the conferense:

1. The formation of linguistic competence: Theory and Practice; 
2. Innovative programs and modern methods of teaching the Kazakh language; 
3. Methodological bases of the system provide textbooks and teaching aids;

Requirements for registration papers and application 

For participating in the conference it is necessary to sill an application form to the the organizing commissions address before November 1.

         Proclamations for the application form:

1. Authors sull name, reports theme,
2. Proclamations for the report: from 5 to 7 pages, Times New Roman or Times New Roman KZ print (14 size, interval 1,and links at the end of the report).

Reports name must be typed with capital letters. There must be authors full name appointed at the next line.

They must be given with the authors full name.

The conference will address the following issues:

• Innovations in teaching foreign languages  in the context of  intercultural communication

• Theory and practice of  intercultural communications

• National and cultural stereotypes

Registration forms for participation in the conference and the conference papers are accepted till 12 March 2013 in e-form attached to the e-mail: kuralay.kenzhekanova@mail.ru.

Registration form should include: first name, surname , degree and title, position and a work affiliation of the participant(s), paper title, contact phone(s) and address(es), request for accommodation (hotel booking) and duration of stay.

Publication of the conference proceedings is planned by the beginning of the conference.

PAPER FORMAT INSTRUCTIONS

• Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
• Text forma – MS Word
• Font – size-14 pt. Times New Roman
• Spacing – single
• Margins (right, left, top, bottom) – 2 cm, new paragraph – 1 cm
• Do not number pages.  Do not use the function "Automatic hyphenation". For the text marking use bold italic. Underlining and discharge are undesirable.
• References are stated within the text in square brackets as e.g.: [7: 72] or [7: 72; 2:33].  The complete list of references is listed in alphabetic order in the end of the paper under the title References (the word is centered, without a punctuation mark).

Format of the initial part of the paper:                 

• Title of the paper is centered, in capital letters, bold (Font – size-14 pt.).
• One space below surname and the initials of the author(s) is centered  (Font – size-14 pt.) and directly below it country, city, work affiliation and e-mail address is stated (Font – size-12 pt.).
• One space below - Abstract (3-5 sentences) (in Russian and English Languages).

            Настоящая статья посвящена описанию использования информационных технологий в практике лингвистических исследований. Следует отметить, что применение информационно-коммуникационных технологий в обучении фундаментальным и специальным дисциплинам отличаются эффективностью, поскольку  используются  технологические основы интернета; открытые системы; телекоммуникационные технологии; каналы передачи данных, потребность в которых только увеличивается. В статье рассматриваются вопросы размещения филологических и лингвистических ресурсов в Интернете.

This article describes the use of information technology in the practice of linguistic research. It should be noted that the use of ICT in teaching basic and special disciplines are highly effective and are used as the technological basis for the Internet, open systems, telecommunications technology, data channels, the demand for which is increasing. The article examines the placement of philological and linguistic resources on the Internet.

Authors are asked to submit their applications for participation in the conference and the conference papers (number of research paper pages – up to 5 pages, A4) in print and electronic versions (DOC, RTF file with the title of the author’s last name, for example: for research paper – Ivanov_dok, for registration form – Ivanov_z), the font is Times New Roman, font size – 14 pt. Other encodings of Kazakh, Russian and English will not be accepted.
