Since 2004 «Linguistic association», organized by chair of the Kazakh philology of philological faculty works. A main objective of Linguistic association is as acquaintance of teachers, students and other researchers of problems of language with the news occurring in the Kazakh language which essence only is found out and yet hasn't found common knowledge, and representation to students of known persons in linguistics, listening of their lectures. The reason for that is necessity and advantage for experts in sphere of linguistics of recently open and widespread innovations, and also запоминаемость and productivity of meetings of students with known people. In acquaintance of similar materials there is a huge merit of scientists-jazykovedov of our university and other educational institutions. If to be expressed more in detail: «Key problems in the history of linguistics» A.T.Hajdara (2008);« The basic problems of modern spelling »the academician R.Syzdyka,« Travel to the world of graphic writing »professors S.Amanzholova (2008),« the Basic problems in linguistics »the academician M.Sergalieva,« New directions in the Kazakh linguistics »professors Z.Mankeevoj (2009),« the Basic problems of the Kazakh terminology »professors S.Kurmanbajuly (2009),« Problems of functional grammar of the Kazakh language »employees of department"grammar"of institute of Linguistics of a name of A.Bajtursynova (2009),« Philology and my course of life »professors R.Satuly (22. 03. 2010);« Edification of the scientist »R.Syzdyka (2010), etc. These and other reports are very important for engaged in the Kazakh linguistics.
     Also in linguistic association acquaintance of students with last works of scientists-jazykovedov, the organization of their participation in various scientific-theoretical, scientifically-practical conferences, display of different video films (for example about Pictography) isn't deprived by attention. It gives the chance to students to be well informed about achievements and the necessary news in linguistics sphere.
     Therefore viability of the similar good affairs executed in the present and that will be executed in the future is pertinent. And only in this case we can tell with confidence about possibility to provide with news about changes in linguistics area.
     Since 2009 at the organization of chair of the Kazakh philology the language circle «Linguistic forecasting» works. The Overall objective of a student's scientific circle under the name the center of linguistic forecasting – to do forecasts concerning the future state language that helps to resolve a problem of complex research of qualitative and quantitative directions of traditional system. In the developed countries the centers of linguistic forecasting connected with a language situation and a state language are opened. Presently the similar centers are very necessary and for our Kazakh language.
