About cooperation between «the Kazakh national university after al-Farabi» (Republic Kazakhstan)
And the Tambov state university of G.R.Derzhavin (Russian Federation)
The republican state enterprise on the right of economic conducting «the Kazakh national university after al-Farabi» the Ministries of Education and Science of Republic Kazakhstan, in the name of the first pro-rector, professor Burkitbaeva Muhambetkali Myrzabaevich, on the one hand, and the Tambov state university of G.R.Derzhavin, in the name of the pro-rector on scientific work of professor Boldyreva Nikolay Nikolaevich, on the other hand {further in common called "Parties", or separately "Party"),
In view of partner and close international relations between Republic Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
Recognising necessity of development of the further mutual relations between two countries in educational and scientific spheres of cooperation, wishing to bring the contribution to development of cooperation between two educational institutions in aforementioned spheres, have concluded the present Cooperation agreement (further the Agreement) on following positions.
Article 1
On the basis of principles of mutual benefit and respect of independence of the Party will stimulate: Exchange of employees and teachers of universities; Exchange of students of a bachelor degree, magistracy and doctoral studies; Working out and realisation of joint educational programs, including double diplomas providing delivery; Joint research activity; The organisation of the academic meetings and symposiums; The publication of articles, reports and other proceedings of members of the faculty, students and employees of university in periodicals of university-partner; Exchange of the scientific information, publications, materials and knowledge; Other forms of educational and scientific cooperation which will be co-ordinated by both Parties. With a view of realisation of the specified forms of co-operation representatives of faculties and institutes of both universities can advise each other and develop special plans of cooperation in everyone or in all spheres of cooperation set forth above.
Article 2
Conditions of realisation of each program of cooperation within the limits of the Agreement should be co-ordinated and accepted both universities by the conclusion of separate agreements prior to the beginning of realisation of each separate program. These separate agreements will accurately describe functions and kinds of activity which will be carried out, the schedule of work, personal questionnaires, terms of financing, the rights and duties of each Party, and also the documents necessary for definition of the purposes and areas of cooperation within the limits of each program
