The important role in educational and socially-educational process, formation by students of individual educational strategy belongs to advisers. The rights and duties эдвайзеров are defined by a domestic situation about the adviser.
For a choice and realization of an individual educational trajectory of training, and also for maintenance of mobility and flexibility of curricula in the conditions of credit system of training in higher educational institutions the consulting service, or so-called service of the academic advisers – advisers will be organized. Their number is established depending on number of students at faculty.
Advisers of chair of social philosophy should give the academic interests trained and to participate in preparation of all necessary information materials on the organization of educational process, to give to their student on the electronic carrier and to promote it in drawing up and updating of the individual curriculum; to supervise timely preparation and presence of methodical materials and performance of rules of carrying out рубежного and total control on all disciplines of a speciality.
Problems of the adviser: rendering assistance trained in definition of an individual trajectory of training and educational program development; revealing of requirements, interests and bents trained at a choice of a trajectory of training on corresponding speciality; carrying out of consultations for disciplines trained at a choice; assistance trained in drawing up of individual curricula, in case of need – their updating; participation in work of the commissions of experts considering questions of progress and the academic status of students.
Advisers are appointed the order of the rector of university in coordination with managing chair. The adviser acquaints trained with features of the academic life of university the maintenance of the working curriculum, requirements to diploma reception, possibilities The chosen speciality also is the assistant in a choice of an individual trajectory of training according to propensities, possibilities, interests and the purposes trained. The adviser participates in registration procedure according to registration Rules. The certain number is fixed to each adviser trained which is defined by office of the Registrar. After fastening trained the adviser passes to an individual operating mode with them. The adviser participates in organizational-methodical and consulting works at a choice and record procedure on disciplines, acquaints with the catalog of elective disciplines and working curricula of specialities.
Within an academic year the adviser works according to the schedule of consultation which is stored in faculty dean's office. For the decision of urgent academic problems trained the adviser can appoint individual meetings of the superestablished schedule.
Consulting activity of the adviser includes:
Acquaintance trained with rules of the organization of educational process;
Definition of priorities of trained, their propensities and possibilities;
Acquaintance to the typical curriculum and the catalog of elective disciplines (requirements to drawing up: the list of disciplines of an obligatory component and a component for choice, пререквизиты courses);
Explanation about quantity of credits and ways of their development.
