Main objective of educational work – creation of favorable conditions for personal and professional formation of graduates of the high school combining deep professional knowledge and abilities, the high moral and patriotic qualities, the possessing legal and communicative culture, capable to creative self-expression and an active civic stand.
According to an object in view, the primary goals of educational activity have been defined:
- Creation of a uniform complex educational system of students;
- Preservation and augmentation of historical and cultural traditions;
- Studying of interests and creative propensities of students;
- Education at students of high spiritually-moral qualities and norms of behavior;
- Formation of patriotic consciousness and an active civic stand;
- Increase of cultural level of students, culture of behavior, speech and dialogue;
- Support of talented youth, development of creative potential of students;

On realization of objects in view and problems have been directed developed and confirmed by the dean of faculty of journalism thematic and the planned schedule of educational work with students on every academic year.
Information support of the organization and carrying out of nonlearning work in high school
The organization and carrying out of nonlearning educational work during the accounting period is accompanied by various forms of informing of students about spent actions, actions, months, decades, meetings.
At information stands in the educational case the information on actions cultural-dosugovoj, a sports, educational orientation, plans of thematic weeks, colourful posters of spent actions, the schedule of work of creative collectives, clubs, sports sections takes place.

The major place in maintenance of efficiency of educational work at faculty belongs to management structure educational process. It includes: student council and maslixat.

- The assistant to the dean on educational work which carries out the general management and coordination of educational activity at faculty;
- Managing the chairs, providing unity of educational and educational process through various class and out-of-class forms of work of teachers and the curator of the academic groups.

Work of curators is a component of educational process of high school. It is directed on formation of student's collectives, their integration into various fields of activity of institute, on creation of conditions for self-realization trained, the maximum disclosing of their potential abilities and creative possibilities.
The basic forms of work of curators with the academic groups are: curator hours, excursions, celebratory evenings, individual work with students, individual work with parents, the organization of participation of students in the actions spent at university.
