The objects of professional activity of graduates are:

* pre-school, school, secondary and higher vocational educational institutions (colleges, high schools, professional colleges, universities (after the Magistracy));

* sport schools and clubs for children and youth;

* working in companies, government agencies, administration of physical education and sport (sports federations);

* Biomedical (developing physical and mental health problems) and research institutions of recreation and sports profile.

In Al-Farabi Kazakh National University specialty 6М010800 "Physical culture and sports" was opened in 2010. Preparation of staff of physical culture is implemented on the basis of the Biology Faculty of the university in conjunction with the Department of Physical Education and Sport. Our main purpose: to prepare highly qualified, physically and spiritually healthy, enthusiastic and highly qualified specialists in the field of physical culture and sport. In our university faculty represented the best scientific and pedagogical staff of the republic (professors, doctors and candidates of sciences, honored coaches, master of sports of international class, master of sport and candidate of master of sport).
