Academic mobility

 

11 master students - Aynaeva Nazim, Zulpyharov Kanat, Makhanova Nursaule, Tazhieva Damira, Kalimurzina Aisulu, Iskalieva Gulnara, Baidavletov Bakhytzhan, Kudaibergenov Muratbek, Karsybaeva Aizhan, Zhumagulova Akmaral, Usipov Bagdad, one year of study abroad were trained at the summer courses to 10.08.2011 on 24.08.2011 in Malaysia at the University Sunway.

   8 master students - Zhumagulova Akmaral, Karsybaeva Aizhan, Usipov Bagdad, Kalimurzina Aisulu, Iskalieva Gulnara, Zulpyharov Kanat, Makhanova Nursaule, Kudaibergenov Muratbek, were trained abroad in the framework of MES to promote academic mobility for training purposes, for 1 semester 2011-2012 academic year at the University of Salzburg (Austria).
   

Doctoral student of 3rd course Sarsenova Indira had an internship at the International GIS center at the Salzburg State University from 31.05.2011 to 01.08.2011, and again from 07.03.2012 to 01.05.2012.

Doctoral student Sarsenova Indira passed the course at Peoples' Friendship University of Russia named after P.Lumumb and Moscow State University named after M.Lomonosov by the module "Spatial statistics." Also she attended lectures on the subject "geostatistical analysis" and «ESDA - Variography" Salzburg State University professors Joseph Strobl and Adrian Sam.

   

Doctoral student of 2 course Borangaliev Askhat was trained at the Institute of Regional Geography named after Leibniz on 17.11.2011 31.12.2011 (Germany).

 

Doctoral student of second year course Esentaev Erlan was research fellow at the University of Glasgow (UK) from 13.07.2012 to 21.08.2012.

   

12 master students of first year course were trained research fellow at the summer school lectures in 2012 in the center of Prague (Czech Republic).


Doctoral Student Asipova Zhanna was research fellow at the University dissertation topic Surrey (UK).


From 10.01.2012 to 31.01.2013 five master students and three graduate students are been training in Salzburg University's Center for Geoinformatics and GIS.
